The Chinese Star Jasmine (Trachelospermum jasminoides) is an elegant, vigorous climber native to eastern and southeastern Asia (Japan, Korea, southern China and Vietnam). This climber features glossy, lanceolate leaves. In the summer and autumn, they produce small flowers. These flowers are white, 1–2 cm in diameter, with a tube-like corolla opening out into five petal-like lobes.
This Jasmine is suitable for use as an ornamental climber, as ground cover, or as a fragrant potted plant on terrace and patios.
